Our James Hardie fiber cement siding is preferred by many of our customers. It’s made from a
composite of sand, cement, and cellulose fibers pressed together to form planks or shingles.
Fiber cement has the beautiful look of wood but is far more durable. It’s impervious to
termites, woodpeckers, and other pests and will withstand extreme weather including rain, hail,
baking sun, strong ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and hurricane-force winds. It’s also completely
flame retardant and will not ignite when exposed to direct flame or extreme heat. In addition,
only James Hardie siding and trim are engineered to withstand the specific climate in which they
are used. James Hardie products provide a 30 year warranty on all siding and a 15 year warranty
on Hardie’s Colorplus® technology siding. James Hardie is America’s #1 siding, installed on more
than 5 million U.S. homes. Call us for warranty details!

Click Here to Check License Status
Attention Homeowners! We kindly urge you to exercise caution when selecting contractors for your home projects. It is of utmost importance to engage only licensed contractors who have undergone the necessary qualifications and certifications. We highly recommend verifying their licensing status through the official DBPR Florida license portal, which can be accessed by clicking the link provided above. By entering the contractor’s name or license number, you can promptly ascertain their current licensing status.
It is essential to bear in mind that unlicensed contractors may initially seem more cost-effective. However, it is crucial to note that they lack the necessary credentials to obtain permits, thereby placing the responsibility on homeowners to secure the required permits. Moreover, it is vital to recognize that contractual agreements with unlicensed contractors are considered null and unenforceable. Consequently, should any accidents, issues with the work performed, or payment disputes arise, homeowners will find themselves inadequately protected.
In conclusion, we emphasize the significance of hiring licensed contractors who possess the appropriate expertise and meet the required legal standards. By doing so, homeowners can safeguard their interests, ensure adherence to regulatory protocols, and mitigate potential risks.
Most people when looking for a contractor simply do not know where to look.
They use sites like Angie’s List or Home Advisor ( Better Known as ANGI ). We HIGHLY recommend that you never use those types of sites to hire contractors, because they may seem like a reputable company, but Home Advisor is a SCAM. Even the reviews that are left by clients will be removed by these hosts (Angie’s List and Home Advisor) if the contractor appeals them. The best way to hire a good siding contractor is to do some research online. Look them up on multiple platforms like BBB, Yelp, Google Reviews, Next Door or even Facebook. ANGI also creates a budget for your project based off the size of your home, which is highly inaccurate and will create an unrealistic illusion that prices are significantly lower. Also, be careful who you hire. Many people claim to be siding experts but have not idea what they are doing. Would you hire a plumber to do your electrical work? Then why would you hire a roofer to do your siding project? Also, hiring a General contractor can be risky because they always sub out their work to other companies; becoming the middle man (deferring all accountability and liability to the sub-contracting company). General contractors are not knowledgeable enough to do your siding work, and although it may seem like you are saving money, its often time because they are not aware of pricing because they dont know the trade or because they are using the cheapest products. General contractors are notorious for cutting corners. In fact, most of the resides we have done in the last 5-10 years have been on newer houses that have been sided with faulty products, all because a General contractors want to save money.
